Day 18 - International Date Line - 20 Sea Days

We have 2 sea days and our lost day crossing the International Date Line. Our first day at sea brought high winds at 21 NW mph, interesting that our balcony door won't open due to the pressure and we are listing toward the port side (our cabin is starboard). The door would open earlier. Our steward said "do not open it, too dangerous " - so here is a photo of the wind across the water through the sliding door. I love weather! Almost exciting!!! Can you see the wind lines blowing across the water?

Tuesday did not happen for us. Poof, it was gone just like that! We went directly to Wednesday! We will make that day up 1 hour at a time on 24 different days, well actually 21 different days for us since we are 3 hours behind our home time.

Crossed the International Date Line.

This is our last day at sea for awhile as we are scheduled for port calls for the next three days. The only thing that might present a problem is a possible cyclone (hurricane) heading to the North Island of New Zealand. We have a few days before it is supposed to arrive but of course it could veer off at any time. We have stayed busy with activities onboard, and other personal choices. Today was laundry so we are all set again for several days.
